We're experienced, licensed professionals serving private and public entities, including homeowners, planners, architects, engineers, lawyers, realtors, property developers, utility companies, municipalities and corporations.

Rodney Geyer, Ontario Land Surveyor (O.L.S.)

"I'm a gatherer of evidence and puzzle solver."

Rodney Geyer has over 30 years of surveying expertise, is a licensed member of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors, and owns Bishop Geyer Surveying Inc. and Geyer Surveys (Alliston). His experience spans simple homeowner surveys to lengthy and complex land development and construction projects.

Winner of the 2015 South Simcoe Excellence in Business Award, Geyer is actively involved in his community, including the Canadian Adaptive Snowsports Association, and is an avid bass guitarist, skier and outdoor enthusiast.

Chris Bishop, Business Manager

Bachelor of Engineering

"Educating the client is my priority."

As a youngster, Chris Bishop accompanied his grandfather and dad on field sites during the summer months, holding equipment and hammering iron bars.

With a keen interest in math, computers and evolving technologies, Bishop excels at computer-aided design (CAD), educating his clients, and unravelling the legal intricacies of land surveying.

From the initial survey to the placement of buildings and development of properties, he anticipates potential roadblocks and navigates multiple methods to arrive at a solution and final report. Helping landowners get their vision off the ground is an exciting journey that Bishop is proud to be a part of.

Volunteering as a minor league hockey coach and vice-chair of the local non-profit daycare, Bishop keeps busy with his wife and three children, a Great Dane, Minnie and Bulldog, Leroy, along with two cats and ten ducks.

Adam Geyer, Operation and Construction Manager

Construction Engineer Technology Diploma

"In life and business, always give straight, honest answers."

Adam Geyer was raised with a solid moral and work ethic developed by working alongside his father, Rodney.

Having spent several years in the construction industry, including custom home builds, estate development and infrastructure, Geyer has a deep understanding of project requirements and can provide informative insights on scheduling trades, project timelines and other unexpected challenges that occur during complex builds.

Geyer is tenacious at finding solutions and applying tailored tactics and procedures to help clients meet specific needs to achieve their goals.

Canoeing in the backcountry, including a recent 112 km trip on the French River, Geyer also enjoys coaching high school football, volunteering with the Canadian Adaptive Snowsports Association, coaching Paralympic hopefuls, and spending time with the family and rescue Beagle, Rebel.
